Hey there! I'm Danilo — a product-minded Senior Software Engineer with over 6 years of experience building scalable, user-focused solutions that drive real business outcomes. I care deeply about the intersection of engineering and product, and I always keep the end-user in mind when making technical decisions.

Experience

I've spent most of my career working in FinTech and e-Commerce, building web and mobile products that people actually use. I'm currently a Senior Software Engineer at Rho, where I help shape the future of business banking.

Before that, I was a Full-Stack Engineer and Tech Lead at FatCat Coders, where I managed end-to-end delivery of multiple products and led small engineering teams.

Across both roles, I've been drawn to the same things: product thinking, developer experience, mentorship, and making sure engineering work ties back to real business impact.
